The valve body of the electric fluoroplastic-lined globe valve is manufactured using investment precision casting. Components such as the valve cavity, body, bonnet, and disc (i.e., areas exposed to chemical media) are lined or coated with high-quality corrosion-resistant materials (fluoroplastic). Employing molded lining forming technology, the valve combines the strength of metal with corrosion-resistant properties. The electric fluoroplastic-lined globe valve is not suitable for flow regulation to prevent pressure surges in the pipeline medium from damaging the sealing surfaces.
