Pneumatic high-pressure gate valves combine forged high-pressure gate valves with pneumatic actuators. Primarily used in high-temperature, high-pressure conditions involving complex media, they offer distinct advantages over other valve products: exceptional resistance to extreme temperatures and pressures, a unique self-sealing design that ensures more reliable sealing at higher pressures, and specialized performance characteristics that make them irreplaceable in demanding applications. Pneumatic high-pressure gate valves rely on the air source pressure from the actuator to drive the valve's opening and closing. Utilizing pneumatic pressure to move the gate plate up and down, they connect (fully open) or interrupt (fully close) the flow of fluid media within pipelines. Nominal pressures can reach 25MPa and higher, with sizes ranging from 50 to 600mm, and a temperature range spanning -29°C to 550°C.
