The ZDLN electronic double-seat electric control valve achieves pressure compensation and valve shutoff by utilizing two sealing lines on the valve core barrel for simultaneous sealing. The valve seat incorporates upper and lower valve balls. The fluid forces exerted on these upper and lower valve balls are directionally opposite yet nearly equal in magnitude, resulting in minimal unbalanced forces. This design permits a large pressure differential and yields a higher rated flow coefficient compared to single-seat electric control valves of the same nominal size. However, leakage from this valve is greater than that of single-seat valves. It is suitable for clean media applications where leakage requirements are less stringent and where significant pressure differentials exist across the valve.
