Self-operated differential pressure regulating valves primarily consist of a control valve, an actuator, and a spring set to a predetermined pressure. Requiring no external energy source, these valves utilize pressure changes in the process pipeline medium. By comparing this signal with the set point, they balance the force exerted by the regulated medium against the output force of the actuator, thereby stabilizing pressure and differential pressure values. Self-operated differential pressure control valves are suitable for non-corrosive liquids, gases, and steam media.
