The ZRHP electric single-seat control valve consists of a valve body, seat, plug stem, guide sleeve, bonnet, packing seal, and electric actuator assembled together. The electric actuator features an integrated electronic structure with a built-in servo amplifier. Inputting control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) and power supply enables precise valve position control, achieving regulation of process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, liquid level, and temperature. The fluid passage of the electric single-seat control valve features an S-shaped design, resulting in low pressure drop, high flow capacity, precise flow characteristics, and a wide adjustable range.
