The ZDHG electric diaphragm control valve features a simple structure, low flow resistance, and greater flow capacity than other valves of the same diameter. It provides leak-free sealing and is suitable for regulating high-viscosity fluids and those containing suspended particles. Depending on the diaphragm material (rubber or PTFE), it can handle strong alkalis and highly corrosive media. This electric diaphragm control valve consists of a diaphragm valve paired with various linear-travel electric actuators. The electric actuator integrated with the electric diaphragm control valve incorporates a servo system, eliminating the need for a separate servo amplifier. It requires only an input control signal (4-20mA or 1-5VDC) and single-phase power supply to operate, enabling precise regulation of parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level.
