The pneumatic PTFE-lined control valve consists of two main components: a pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a straight-through single-seat PTFE-lined valve body. All parts of the valve body that come into contact with corrosive media are constructed from corrosion-resistant, anti-aging polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) using high-pressure PTFE-lining technology, and feature PTFE bellows seals. The PTFE-lined pneumatic control valve regulates the flow of highly corrosive media such as acids and alkalis, as well as toxic volatile gases and liquids. Consequently, it finds extensive application in industries including chemical processing, metallurgy, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
