PSW Electric Actuator
The PSW Temperature-Controlled Electric Actuator is a new type of actuator that utilizes AC 220V single-phase power as its drive current and employs the energy of the controlled medium itself to achieve automatic temperature regulation. It incorporates a PT100 temperature sensor and an ST digital display temperature controller. The temperature of the controlled medium is fed back from the sensor to the ST digital display, then precisely controls the valve opening or flow rate through PID regulation, achieving true mechatronic integration.

Features and Settings

1. The display shows oS, indicating open signal protection selection.

2. The display shows oSoPEn, indicating the actuator is in the fully open position.

3. The display shows oSCLoS, indicating the actuator is in the fully closed position.

4. The display shows oSHoLd, indicating the actuator is in the hold position.

5. The display shows oS SU, indicating the actuator is in the set position.

6. The display shows SU, indicating setting within the 0–100% range.

7. The display shows CF 0, indicating direct-acting (forward rotation). As the control signal increases, the actuator output shaft moves upward.

8. The display shows CF 1, indicating reverse-acting (reverse rotation). As the control signal increases, the actuator output shaft moves downward.

9. The display shows dF, indicating hysteresis set within the range of 0.7% to 3.0%.

10. Digital display shows HI indicating upper limit setting for actuator output stroke, but must be > Lo
