The BH41W jacketed insulated check valve is primarily used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, and other systems to transport high-viscosity media that solidify at ambient temperatures. The jacket of this valve series is welded between the two flanges, with connection ports for the jacket located on the valve's side and bottom. Due to the added jacket, the connecting flange dimensions of this valve are one to two sizes larger than those of a standard ball valve of the same specification. However, its structural length remains identical to valves of the same size. Steam or other hot insulating media can freely flow through the jacket, ensuring viscous media can pass smoothly through the valve.
