Working Principle of the 700X Pump Control Valve:

When the pump operates and the valve supplies water downstream, the pilot valve opens fully. The needle valve is adjusted to an appropriate opening. Upstream water enters the main valve control chamber through the needle valve and check valve, then flows out via the solenoid pilot valve. At this point, the pressure in the main valve control chamber maintains the main valve at an appropriate opening, ensuring normal downstream water supply. When the pump stops operating, the solenoid pilot valve closes first. Drainage from the main valve control chamber ceases, causing the chamber pressure to rise and initiating the main valve's closure. Upon reaching 90% closure, the upper limit switch of the main valve outputs a pump-stop signal, halting the pump's operation. At this point, water from the downstream return line enters the main valve control chamber via the check valve. The increased chamber pressure completes the main valve's closure.
