700X Pump Control Valve

The 700X pump control valve comprises a main valve, solenoid pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve, check valve, limit switch, micro-filter, and pressure gauge to form a hydraulic control piping system. When the pump needs to stop, inlet pressure first closes the main valve by 90%, then the pump ceases operation. The remaining 10% is closed by return water flow, preventing water hammer phenomena.
The 700X Pump Control Valve utilizes solenoid valve control, requiring no additional devices or energy sources. It conserves energy, simplifies maintenance, and ensures smooth pump shutdown. The solenoid valve can operate on 220V AC or 24V DC power. 700X Pump Control Valve Working Principle

When the pump operates and the valve supplies water downstream, the solenoid pilot valve fully opens while the needle valve is adjusted to an appropriate opening. Water from upstream enters the main valve control chamber through the needle valve and check valve, then flows out via the solenoid pilot valve. At this point, the pressure in the main valve control chamber maintains the main valve at an optimal opening, ensuring normal water supply downstream.

When the pump stops operating, the solenoid pilot valve closes first, halting drainage from the main valve control chamber. Pressure within the control chamber rises, initiating closure of the main valve. Upon reaching 90% closure, the upper limit switch of the main valve outputs a pump-stop signal, halting pump operation. At this point, downstream return water flows through the check valve into the main valve control chamber. As control chamber pressure increases, the main valve closes completely.
