F745X Remote-Controlled Float Valve Working Principle
When water is supplied from the inlet end, the ball valve and float valve remain open. Water flows through the microfilter, ball valve B, control chamber, ball valve A, and float valve into the water tank. No pressure builds up in the main valve control chamber, allowing the main valve to open and supply water to the water tower (tank).
When the water level in the water tower (tank) rises to the preset height, the float ball rises and closes the float valve. The increased water pressure in the control chamber pushes the main valve to close, halting water supply. As the water level in the tank subsequently drops, the float valve reopens. The reduced water pressure in the control chamber causes the main valve to open again, resuming water supply to maintain the liquid level at the preset height.
F745X Remote-Controlled Float Valve Operational Features
1. Tight and reliable closure. The main valve employs a rubber sealing ring for sealing, with closing force automatically generated by the main valve control chamber to maintain optimal closing pressure. This ensures high seal longevity and reliability.
2. Easy to operate, with no need for an additional electric control system for the valve. The valve automatically opens and closes in response to changes in liquid level.
3. The valve body features a full-bore, straight-through, streamlined design. It minimizes hydraulic loss and delivers excellent energy-saving performance.
